Welcome to the Contributors page!
Here, you can see and manage all individual contributors linked to your projects and repositories.
Our tool recognizes that your organization might have duplicate Git users. This can happen when the same individual is represented by multiple accounts across within or different Git providers or has slightly different usernames. To ensure that your contributor data is accurate and consolidated, you have the option to merge these duplicate contributors.
Merging contributors is crucial for maintaining a clean and accurate record of contributions within your organization. Duplicate entries can lead to inflated or misleading statistics, making it harder to assess individual contributions and project performance.
To identify duplicate contributors, review the list on the left side of the table, which can be sorted alphabetically. This alphabetical ordering helps in easily spotting similar usernames and potential duplicates.
To merge contributors, select the duplicate users on the left side of the table. The “Merge Contributors” button will then be activated, allowing you to merge the selected users into a single unique contributor.
If you need to add or update information about individual contributors manually, you can do so by following these steps:
Download Report
Click the “Download Report” button located in the right corner of the screen to get the current data.
Fill Out the Sheet
Complete the sheet with the necessary information about your contributors.
Please ensure you do not change contributor names or column names, and avoid adding any extra data that could disrupt the CSV format.
Upload the File
Once you’ve filled out the sheet, you can upload the file back to the system to update the contributor information.
On this page, you will see detailed information on each individual contributor, including:

The name of the contributor, or hashed data for privacy.
Team Affiliation
The part of the team they belong to.
