Invite Colleagues & Partners to Use the Tool Together
Learn how to invite team members.
You can invite members of your organization or your partners/vendors/contractors to use our engineering productivity tool. Each user must be assigned one of three roles before they can be invited. These roles help protect your sensitive information and limit the actions members can take within the tool. You can see more information about the roles and their access levels in the User Roles section.
The available roles are:
To invite users, navigate to Settings > Members. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite, select their role, and send the invite. Invites will expire after 24 hours if not accepted. Note that you can invite anyone outside your own organization as long as they use a corporate/work email, not a personal email like Gmail.
Once a user accepts their invite, you can update their role at any time in the Settings > Members.
To change user’s role, click the Edit button next to their name, and Select New Role.
