P10Y Subscription Fulfillment Policy

1. Account Activation and Service Access

Following successful payment processing via Stripe, P10Y will activate your subscription, enabling access to the paid features of the platform. If you experience any delays in activation, please contact our support team at support@p10y.com for assistance.

2. Free Plan

P10Y provides a free plan for new users to explore the platform’s features. Users have limited access to selected features, allowing them to evaluate the platform’s capabilities. No charges will be processed until the users switch to a paid plan.

3. Subscription Billing and Adjustments

Billing Model: P10Y’s subscription fees are calculated based on the number of engineers (unique contributors) in your team. Stripe processes payments on a monthly basis, recurring on the same day each month corresponding to the date of your initial subscription activation.

Automatic Subscription Adjustments: Should the number of engineers in your team increase, the billing amount will be adjusted in the subsequent billing cycle to reflect the updated user count. An invoice outlining the revised charges will be issued.

Invoice Delivery: Following each billing event, an invoice will be sent to the email on record within 48 hours. Stripe securely stores payment information to facilitate automated recurring payments in line with our billing terms.

4. Subscription Pause and Cancellation

Pausing Subscription: Subscriptions may be paused at any time. While data collection and reporting are halted during the pause period, this action does not alter the current billing period. Pausing will take effect immediately, and services will resume upon unpausing.

Cancellation: Subscribers may request cancellation at any time. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, a partial refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription period.

If a discount was applied to the annual subscription, the refund will be adjusted by recalculating charges for the months used at the full, undiscounted rate and subtracting this amount from the total refund. To avoid additional charges, we recommend submitting cancellation requests at least three business days before the billing cycle ends. Service access remains active through the end of the billing period.

5. Refund Policy

P10Y operates on a monthly billing structure; as such, refunds are not provided. Exceptions to this policy are limited to documented cases of billing inaccuracies or platform access disruptions. Please reach out to support@p10y.com with any inquiries regarding billing adjustments.

6. Data Security and Privacy Assurance

All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant service provider, ensuring that no payment details are stored on P10Y’s servers. For additional information on our data handling practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

P10Y reserves the right to amend this fulfillment policy as necessary to reflect changes in service or legal requirements. Notice of any significant updates to the policy will be provided via email.
